Best practices for the deployment and adoption of new technologies: investigating the psychological dimension. Organisational Innovation Culture Survey

People Involved

Project Description

Whilst the role of organisational culture is recognised for key strategic priorities, such as safety, less is known about the culture that values and facilitates innovation uptake. In response to this gap, a novel organisational innovation adoption culture questionnaire was developed based upon earlier findings and extant literatures. Having been successfully piloted, it was refined and validated in this project with one international oil company (n=455).
