Extracting intelligence from existing data bases

People Involved

Project Description

This management KTP will focus on helping the workforce at AGCC develop the skills and understanding necessary to extract intelligence from its existing data, refine its forward data collection activities and help the organisation to deliver an effective digital transformation component to its membership support activities. This will help protect AGCC from the economic pressures placed on it by the loss of many of its commercial income streams resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic and help it return to a position of strength, enabling the organisation to continue supporting the business community of North-East Scotland for the next 150 years.
